At Landner, we are committed to delivering your saxophone wall mounts safely, quickly, and at a fair cost. Please review our comprehensive shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on landner.store are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipment. In rare circumstances, such as high-volume periods or out-of-stock products, processing time may extend slightly, but customers will always be notified via email.


2. Shipping Locations
Currently, Landner only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders must be delivered to a valid U.S. address (excluding PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses).


3. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 5–7 business days, depending on your location within the U.S. Please note that remote or rural areas may require slightly longer delivery times.


4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Carrier selection may vary based on order size, weight, and delivery location.


5. Shipping Fees
Our shipping charges are based on the total value of your order:

  • Orders valued between $0.01 and $59.99 will incur a $3.99 shipping fee.

  • Orders over $60.00 are eligible for free shipping.

These charges are automatically applied at checkout and aligned with our backend logistics system.


6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.


7. Delivery Issues & Delays
Landner is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or incorrect address entries. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. 8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.


9. Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
