At Landner, we believe in providing a worry-free shopping experience for all customers. We understand that occasionally, a product might not meet expectations or arrive damaged. To ensure our customers shop with confidence, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy with no restocking fees.


1. 30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your saxophone wall mount or it doesn’t meet your needs, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted unless due to defective or damaged goods.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in unused, original condition.

  • The product must include original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

  • Custom orders or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective.


3. Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Landner will cover all return shipping costs.

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong product): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Landner is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


5. No Restocking Fees

Unlike many companies, we do not charge any restocking fee. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth and affordable as possible for our customers.


6. Exchanges

Want a different model or made a mistake in your order? Contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and shipping of the replacement item will be covered by Landner in the case of errors on our side.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or does not function as described, please contact us immediately. Include photos or videos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no cost to you.
